WHEN TO DO WHAT?
CREATING NEW SKILLWEEKS
* Members need time to respond to posts and when they see threads a long time, they are more stimulated to join
* Minimum amount of posts for skillweeks is 4, that is a short month people can see ahead what to expect the comming weeks
* If there are that few weeks left: start posting new ones!, better even sooner
* Members will ask for skillweeks, so it is best not to have more than 10 weeks posted. 2 Months is most a person should wait for his/her wanted week.
FRIDAY: CHANGEING OF THE WEEKS
* I'm a morning person, so I wake between 6 and 7 and that is the hour I change the weeks, I live 6 hours ahead of the USA, so there it is between midnight and one.
I think there will be no problem to change that time, but people should know in advance.
* First: log in.. look if any member is still working last weeks skill and warn them, they need log a moment. If they don't there is a chance their last sessions xp isn't counted in.
* Open the post of the Skillweek to close and add to the subject: (under calculation) in stead of (started), then post.
* Open the new Skillweek and follow the steps in the Opening a Skillweek
* After that is done it is time to really close the past Skillweek, follow the steps in Closing a skillweek
MONDAY HALFWAY
* Here time is of little importance since all can check every minute how all are doing, still it is nice to see where we were about half way! Follow the steps in Halfway a Skillweek
* If you didn't allready move the skillweek you closed on Friday to the Old Events section: this is the moment to do so
